On 1.267 m² the indoor hall has the most modern climbing equipment and is a great alternative in bad weather.

Approved Bike Area
The Zugspitz Arena was inspected according to an ISO-certified test procedure confirmed by the TÜV and awarded the “Mountain Bike Holidays” seal of approval. With at least 20 elaborated tours and further standards the region is ready for its biking guests.

With the e-bike you won’t get out of breath so quickly and you can reach the most beautiful mountains much easier or you can explore the landscape in the valley very comfortably on an e-bike tour. Cross-country skiing in the Tyrolean Zugspitz area

Cross-country skiing in the Tyrolean Zugspitz area is an absolute pleasure


and offers a nice change to alpine skiing. In total the cross-country ski trail network covers over 130 km, both classic and skating. The individual routes are varied and offer the right thing for both ambitious and more relaxed sportsmen. With the high-altitude cross-country ski runs and the circular golf course with snow-making facilities right at the foot of the Zugspitze, snow is guaranteed and nothing stands in the way of sporting pleasure in cross-country skiing.

More than 60 km of cleared winter hiking trails lead through forests, fields and an untouched landscape covered in deep snow –
here you will find peace and relaxation.

A racy tobogganing excursion followed by a stop at a mountain hut is part of every winter holiday in Tyrol! An absolute highlight is the night tobogganing from the Ehrwalder Alm. On 3 km and a total of 400 m difference in altitude, you will whizz down the floodlit downhill run into the valley.

Glide over the ice while skating or spend a fun evening curling. Ice sports are an essential part of a winter holiday in Ehrwald.

A must for every winter holiday is a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride.
Thickly wrapped up and wrapped in blankets, you can explore the enchanting winter idyll of the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena.

The 9-hole golf course of the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena awaits you with a direct view of the Zugspitze. If you are looking for something special, you will be rewarded here with the beautiful Alpine panorama. The Golf Course Tyrolean Zugspitze is situated at approx. 1,000 metres with generously laid out fairways where both experts and beginners will find their challenge.

On bad weather days we recommend the offer of the tennis and climbing hall Ehrwald.

There is plenty of fun on the 1,300 metre long summer toboggan run in Biberwier. Tyrol’s longest summer toboggan run offers pure action with 40 curves and 1 tunnel passage. The start is at the middle station of the Marienbergbahn, the finish at the valley station. The mountain transport is by chair lift.

Let us inspire you! From the Marienberg in Biberwier, the route takes you 4 km down the valley on separate tracks with fun sports equipment such as monster scooters, mountain scooters and mountain carts. Due to the large tyres no unevenness is too big. An adventure for old & young (minimum age 10 years)!

Are you interested in this new trend sport?
Then let’s go to the Heiterwanger See. Only 20 km away from the resort you can paddle on a surfboard over one of the most beautiful lakes in the Alps.

At the 3D bow course in Ehrwald there are a total of 28 targets that can be targeted.
The targets are not normal targets, but three-dimensional animal dummies that have to be “shot”.
Here you can go stalking in the fresh air, roam through the undergrowth and lie in wait for your prey.

Unlimited freedom & pure adrenaline kick. Paragliding is also a unique experience in the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena with a sensational view of the surrounding Zugspitze mountain world.
